For me, it has to be Noah Knows Best, an obscure live action Nickelodeon show from 2000 (is actually one of the shortest running Nickelodeon's in history).

Everything about this show is just boring. The characters, acting, sets, (It was actually among the last shows filmed at Nickelodeon Studios in Orlando, Florida), situations, setting, camera work, music, intro, everything. It felt like it was trying to copy Clarissa Explains It All with the main character, Noah, talking to the camera and trying to guide the viewers through his journey, but it just didn't have the creativity or charm that Clarissa had.

The show was so dull that it was pulled after 2 months, making it one of the shortest lasting Nickelodeon shows in history and was also responsible for basically killing SNICK as Nickelodeon's main block as after this show bombed, the block never recovered and was basically carried by the Amanda Show and reruns of All That. 

In fact, this show is so forgotten that for decades, it was virtually impossible to find an episode that wasn't in Russian, but only recently have all the episodes been available on Youtube.
