Stuck at gold Voltaic

Hello everyone! Ive been playing CS2 now for a few years and wanted to tryout aim trainers sort of for fun and to sprinkle into my warmup routine. For context I have around 3k hours in CS and am Currently faceit LVL10

I started playing Kovaaks and quickly fell in love with watching high scores rise. Because of this I started doing more research into routines and benchmarks and landed on the Voltaic benchmarks. I started on the novice and after 20ish hours I'm able to consistently score 10% above what is required for gold but when I try the intermediate I'm not able to hit plat scores in anything after around 15ish more hours of playtime

Is it more beneficial for me to keep playing intermediate in hopes of reaching plat or stay on the novice scenarios to better refine the basics?

Should I just skip the benchmarks entirely for a few weeks and try and find a routine that will help me improve and then come back and try again later?

I'm currently switching between using a GPRO super light with obsidian air pro skates on a Wallhack SP004a pad or a pwnage symm3 on a artisan Hein

Any help is appreciated

Hello everyone first time poster here. Recently I moved into an apartment where we can't have a propane grill on our balcony so I've had to part ways with my Blackstone. I'm looking for something electric to replace it. I did like the ease of cleaning on the blackstone but I'm open to going away from cast iron if need be. Thank you for any help!
