Hi, I'll be visiting Bangkok soon and I'm fixing my itinerary. I have a few questions.

1. Does anyone know if there is a ferry from Wat Arun to Talat Noi?

2. And would 3PM onwards be the best time to visit Talat Noi?

3. Any recommendations for lunch around Grand Palace or Wat Arun Area?

The only thing I know is that there's a ferry from Grand Palace to Wat Arun.
