Conflicted about keeping the dyson airwrap

I bought the usa costco version that comes with 3 attachments about 3 years ago.

I love it as it is gentle on the hair and even in extremely hot weather, blowdrying doesnt seem intense as it does with a regular blowbrush and i dont get a cramped arm.

I have long layered thick a1 hair takes me about an hr or 2 to finish this is across all styling tools ive used.

Every wash day,it makes my hair super soft and im very minimal with my hair care,i use a mix kendra products and cheap drugstore.

But i cant get over the fact that because the air is blowing is 360 all around,it just lifts my the small hairs so it just creates frizz,im also really lazy so i dont do a proper 1inch sectioning in all the parts of my hair.

I do find that the wand is better for a proper blowout so is the round brush just for bangs?

Also something that works for me too just hold the style in place and make it appear less frizzy is also holding the hair in the round brush or wand then pinning.

Im starting to think i would just be better off buying the dyson blow dryer to get a less frizzy look.

Whats your opinion on buying dupe or cheapies vs a popular designer house

I hate wasting money on purpose,im really cheap.

I like the idea of layering products to create a sillage, but i feel like body sprays are a waste i only buy them on sale like $5 cheap.

Personally i think when i go shopping in discount stores 1oz should be some where in the $10s to $20s

Also im 90s baby so i tend to graviate to y2k clean, fruity florals so reapplying i think is just something i gotta do.

What im wearing currently is paris hiltons rose rush but im wanting to find something more longer lasting.

Im starting to like alot of hermes like twilly and terre d'hermes.

For example i hate patchouli but i dont mind it in terre it could be the cedar scent that saves it and theres a certain class to it

every time i try it in a cheaper blended perfume its just toxic

But then theres things like jo malone or nest perfumes where i feel like its just not worth it,i like the blend of notes but i rather just buy elizabeth arden.

So now i gotten the idea that i should just splurge and be happy with my scent instead of going around wasting time and money trying to find scents similar to what i want.

Thanks in advance for hearing me out,any and all discussion is welcome!
