Me and my Girlfriend both are from and live in the UK but have bought tickets for a show in Italy, my girlfriend who bought the tickets now can’t log in to the Italian website, it’s saying access denied when we try to log in, we have tried clearing cache, private browser, using a VPN, without a VPN. It’s really stressing us out thinking we’ve spent so much and won’t even be able to access the tickets. Any and all help/suggestions is appreciated, we really can’t afford to miss out on this.
