Wells Fargo / Zell scam

I just had a scam call for an number that showed up on my caller ID as Wells Fargo Bank. The guy sounded very professional and said he was calling to verify possible fraudulent activity of a zell transfer of $3000 and $500 for me to someone else. After telling them I don't use zell he gave me a "case number" and 2 numbers I would need to cancel the charges. He then transfered me to the "Wells Fargo Zell Fraud Department" the phone rang like a real transfer and a different man answered and started walking me through how to cancel the charges. Meanwhile I was googeling the situation because I was getting scam vibes. I figured I would keep playing the game until I figured it out without giving them any personal information. He started walking me through sending a zell payment. The name for the account was some compleatly random name and the email address he gave me was from Gmail with the random name and some numbers at the end. I asked if he was from Wells Fargo why he was using a Gmail address and why the name made no sense. He started to assure me it was all legit. I called him out as a scammer and congratulated him on it taking that long for me to verify it. The last thing he said was to prove it wasn't a scam he was going to authorize the charges and hung up on me.

Can I compleatly remove Bixby and Gemini from my S26U?

I want Bixby and Gemini compleatly off my phone, they are absolutely worthless. Just unselecting them isn't good enough, they need to be gone. If I can't remove them I'll put my sim back in my S23U and sell the 26.

Reasons why:

I've had my S26U for about 3 weeks and I'm about to throw it at a wall. These are the 2 most worthless AIs ever. To hit the highlights, Bixby keeps triggering and trying to interest into my real world conversations when I haven't said anything close to the word Bixby, What else is it listening to and recording? In the time it takes to do anything I could have picked up my phone and done that same thing 3 times and been more accurate. Giving it voice commands with my Bluetooth from my motorcycle helmet is a shot in the dark. Too many times I've tried to just get it to play music from Spotify and it will do anything but that. I still don't know where it's getting what sounds like the middle of random audio books that it keeps wanting to play. Ive just started riding my commute in silence because it's less frustrating.

Gemini is compleatly untrustworthy. Ask it how do do something on my phone and it will give detailed step by step instructions that can't be followed. Ask it more questions to clarify and it will admit it made up all of the instructions because it was confused and just wanted to please me by giving me an answer, WTF? I don't even try using it any more, there are too many better 3rd party options out there.

Everything worked flawlessly on my S23U and this S26U has turned into a buggy mess. Don't even get me started with my Android Auto on my motorcycle. Trying to voice command anything on it is pointless. Now I'm having to either pull over or try to type on it while riding down the road
