Please don't give up who choose VLSI

Hi, andi I am working as RTL design engineer, please don't strike it of as chepadanii ki easy, first thing what I can say is please don't demotivate your self because you are about to reach the goal, don't stop,I know the current scenario most of the NCG hiring is happening from campus, until unless the team has open Req in middle of the year or the hiring manager is not satisfied with campus pool.I will put it clearly as you already took the bold and bright decision don't give up,try to enter into market via any service based company get atleast one year experience then ball will be in our court, second thing try to prepare for GATE, you no need to get IIT , with decent marks you can get NIT, where the course curriculum will be 3 semesters and they will allow you for internship for next semester, that's it you will get all the MNC because you have edge of training also, third option is try to hit on startups now because of DLI there are multiple Indian startups there directly connect with CEO, director because they are looking for fresh and skilled talent instead of investing in more experiencedd person, you can DM me andi ,if you have any questions or doubts, happy to help.

Try to think about the VLSI coaching

Hi friends,

I completed my Mtech in 2021 and did a one year internship in one of the top semiconductor MNC, now working as RTL design engineer, out of my little experience I am telling this at the end of the day it's your decision,I've seen most number of people who completed the training are struggling to get the opportunity my own friends stuck in this trap, even though it takes time prepare for the GATE do Mtech,I know it's long journey, shortcuts won't work always, think of it from your side, let me know your perspective, with due respect I will correct my perspective.
