Does ADHD medication raise your TDEE calories?

I've started taking Concerta 18mg (Methylphenidate
Extended Release) as prescribed by my doctor for the last
week while already doing a lean bulk on a 300 calorie surplus. However this past week I weighed myself and
have actually been losing weight or staying the same weight while eating at my previous surplus.

I saw some stuff online which says it could raise your tdee by 2-7% which if correct would raise my maintenance by 200 calories but I don't know how reputable that claim is.
Does anyone here with ADHD and taking stimulant medication have any experiences or knowledge to share?

Dark, dry, scaley patches on my calves, knees, and under arms that won’t go away

23 M

I noticed these maybe a couple months ago and thought maybe my legs were just dry but now during the summer season they’ve been attracting my attention more because of having to wear shorts in hot weather and I’m starting to feel self conscious about them.

Even after moisturizing and showering, scrubbing them in the shower, etc. it feels like they never go away and I don’t know what’s the cause of them

The only major skin conditions I’ve ever had/have are keratosis pilarsis and a moderate case of acne in my teen years which I had corrected with a successful 6 month Accutane course a couple years ago.

Should I keep trying to temporarily maintain for a little longer or just begin the lean bulk phase now

[22M 6’1 144 lb] For some context I’ve been steadily losing weight over the last 3 years from 264lb/120kg. I grew up as the fat kid and this lead to me wanting to finally better myself. Unfortunately I guess probably because of childhood trauma and not seeing myself as “good enough” yet in the mirror I started dipping into more ED territory and eventually finally stopped my weight loss journey at 140 pounds. I’d just like to clarify I have a great support system around me from friends and family, I don’t want to be underweight and recognize my current weight isn’t healthy for my size and have intended on doing a lean bulk to build muscle for good while now and just recently in the past 2 weeks finally reached that point when I called it quits with losing weight and recognized this was getting dangerous now after starting to feel like genuine garbage and weight loss taking a toll on my social life and mental health.

Before I wanted to lean bulk, I had planned on doing a temporary maintenance phase of 4-6 weeks to help my body recover, have my hormones stabilize, feel better with more energy, etc. and I do feel great now, it’s been 2 weeks and while I don’t feel super strong yet I definitely feel happier and have more energy to do things. But I also just have been struggling with intense feelings of hunger that has even caused me to binge during some weekend family events and the Fourth of July which already had me a little scared of ruining all my weight loss progress and becoming my old self and not building any good muscle mass. At first I tried eating my sedentary calories of around 2000 but as I started working better in the gym + daily activity like 10k+ steps a day, I started getting hungry and shot it up 2300 calories which worked for a bit but I’m still dealing with absolute intense feelings of hunger that are negated again if I eat more calories. I’m wondering because I’m already in the underweight territory and it’s been 2 weeks with some binges already maybe putting in a high surplus, am I doing more harm than good and should just start trying to actually bulk up? Another weekend family event is planned next Saturday too and it’s actually my birthday and I’m wanting to enjoy it and not live in fear but I’m just starting to get tired of this and want to see if this is even worth doing or I should just starting the bulk now.

6'1" 141 pounds, should I stop losing weight now or push on a bit more to my goal?

l've been steadily losing weight over the last 3 years from 264lb/120kg. First 3 photos are me right now at 141 lb, 2nd is me at Jan 1st 2025(201.9 lb/91.6 Kg), 3rd is me when I first started in 2023 at 264 lb/120 Kg. From 2025-2026 l've been much more consistent in tracking, protein, lifting, step count, using a food scale, started doing some sports, etc.
I know I'm under muscled and skinny or maybe even a bit skinny fat.

I started this year off at 161 lb post holiday weight gain and my plan was to hit 140-135 Ib and then maintain for a while lifting and having high protein for a while and then do a long term lean bulk for 8 months or more.
This year it feels like my rate of weight loss has slowed down too, I eat at what's supposed to be a 1 pound a week deficit from sedentary stats from tdee calculators but I only lose about 0.65-0.7 pounds a week. I'm currently eating 1535 calories a day, lift 4x a week, and generally get 10k-13k steps a day. And also been having highly nutritious foods with eating .95g protein per pound of body weight generally.

It's hard to tell what my current body fat % is because of loose skin and some gynecomastia. I don't want to be skinny forever or feel weak forever and I’m definitely not anorexic, I am concerned about how low I’ve gotten and don’t enjoy becoming smaller and smaller. I generally am getting fatigued out of my mind and have even developed anger issues/irritability which I feel isn’t my true personality. I also got diagnosed with ADHD this year and started treatment with stimulant medication which has really helped my life but I find sometimes because of my deficit it’s making some aspects of the medication worse like mood shifts and bad anxiety spikes. (Vyvanse btw if anyone would like to know) I want to put on some good lean mass for once in my life but I don't know if I'm at the point where I'm in the clear to start doing so regarding body fat percentage and if I'm all clear I'm going forward with that which is what's pushed me to become basically underweight now. My lifts have also started to regress too and I've even been sick this week but I've managed since it was just a sore throat with no fever but it's been lingering, I'm wondering do I still have to keep up with this for a bit longer or should I end it here?

Recommendations for wider fitting bootcut style jeans similar to the Acne Studios 2021m?

I already own a pair of acne 2021m trafalgar black ones and I’m looking for a lighter blue with a vintage wash type of look.
