Amazon Kids+

What is Amazon Kids+? I pay for it monthly, and have always wondered what exactly it is. Got an email that it's going up to $8.99/mth and figured now was the time to ask.

We have the Amazon Fire HD 10 Kids Pro tablet. My child uses it to watch YouTube and play some games (Roblox, Bloon Monkeys, Merge Dragons).

Do I need Amazon Kids+?

Dutch oven chicken thighs

I have a 5.2qt le creuset dutch oven that I have only used a handful of times because I am still scared of ruining it (which is honestly silly because it's better used than sitting there).

I know I made boneless skinless chicken thighs in it ages ago, but I can't remember how/how long/temp. There was no sauce and nothing else (vegetable or starch wise) with them. It was salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, etc. and they were soo juicy and delicious and I still think about them.

So I guess my question is, how do I cook boneless skinless thighs in my dutch oven? What temperature, and for how long? Being aware that they're not braising in any liquid.

Peach protein quencher

I'm probably going to get dragged for this but I love the peach protein quencher.. I don't care about protein or lactose-free milk or whatever it all has. I just like how it tastes and the creaminess.

Any dupes for at home?

What to do with barbacoa?

We bought some barbacoa that Costco had and now trying to use it in our meal plan for next week. I tried to look up how to use it, but basically all I'm getting are tacos -- which are fine! But are there any other delicious ways?

For what it's worth, my husband and kids don't like spicy. And nothing too extravagant or crazy because then the kids just won't eat it.
