Running backing tracks with Focsurite (Mac Sequoia, and Reaper)

Hey there! I'm part of a band that has been whittled down to literally just two guitars and vocals. Hoping to run backing tracks for an upcoming show. In the past when I've done this, I just have everything in one file which I send to the front of house. The file is split in stereo, so I get click and FOH gets everything else via a splitter cable.

This time around, I'd like to upgrade our live sound by running the different instruments (bass, drums, synths etc) into different tracks -- but I'm a little unsure how to pull that off. Youtube tutorials are leaving me confused. I have a Focusrite 2i2 I can use if that helps -- and I think I use the line-outputs to send my tracks, but my comprehension ends there. How can I use the interface to send multiple tracks for FOH to control?

Running backing tracks from Reaper (Mac Sequioa 15)
