Some food for thought
This is of course just my opinion, but I think we sometimes put too much thought into a process that doesn’t actually exist to set everyone up for success.
It can be incredibly picky and, at times…just unfair.
The best advice I can give is to be yourself always. Focus on getting what you need first, and then work toward what you want later.
