The famous claim for Naruto is made using two separate scenes. The first scene of the cracks itself does not mention Naruto or the universe.

The second scene about space-time curvature exceeding 10 clearly specifies "We were supposed to harvest that world".

The third scene clarifies what they mean by world, it's Naruto's planet. Everytime they mention Kaguya's world, its earth and anytime they mention her worlds in plurality its referring to planets.
