Best ping in Brisbane

I play CS2 on Sydney servers and I need isp with the best ping. I used to get as low as 20ms with Dodo in East Brisbane, but their connection was unstable so I switched to Superloop and the ping went up to 22. Then I moved to Camp Hill, still with Superloop and the ping went up to 24. Recently I’ve moved to Herston and still use Superloop, but the ping went up to 26-27 ms. All 3 connections have been HFC.

So now I have decided to switch ISPs in hope of lower my ping back to 20-22 ms. Leaptel seems to be everyone’s favourite here, so I’m leaning towards them.

What do you think?

How to replace negative battery terminal’s

I have a 2015 BM Mazda 3, and my negative terminal is stuck loose because the tightening bolt is bent and won’t turn any way. This is making my car to not start properly.

My only option is to replace the terminal. Youtube tutorials suggest cutting the wire and installing the new terminal. However, I have noticed that my Mazda 3’s negative terminal has 3 wires connected to it. 2 of them are connected to the metal part, and 1 is connected to the black plastic part as shown in the picture.

Will it be safe to put all those 3 wires together in a new terminal like in the second picture?

Why no one actually understands who needs to give way at a roundabout?

This happens a lot when I slow down and enter a roundabout first, and then there comes a fwit out of nowhere flying into it and beeping at me because he doesn’t slow down, only checks his right, and thinks the road is clear and I, who already entered the roundabout before him, have to give way to him because he approached from my right side!

Because I entered the roundabout at a slow speed, and they were going full 60, to them it seems like I cut them off, but it’s not true. I check both sides before entering a roundabout.

Why no one slows down approaching a roundabout and thinks they only need to check their right side?

Why the police don't care about small crimes in Australia and the western world in general? I come from a Central Asian country, and even though we are not a rich country, the things like break-ins, car theft, robberies, crackheads, homeless people are almost unheard of in our daily life. The police will catch anyone who steals and jail them pretty quickly.

But here in Australia, these things are seen as normal and everyone seems to have gotten used to seeing these things happen everyday. l've heard a lot of stories about people's bikes getting stolen, cars smashed overnight, etc and police don't do anything.

I myself have been in a hit and run situation and I got their rego on my dashcam and reported to the police, and it took them over 3 months to identify the driver. It wasn't even a stolen vehicle.

Every other day I read the news about how some repeat offender got granted another bail.

So why aren't western countries' laws not strict when it comes to these criminals? Is it because it's too costly to keep them in prison, or is it because someone, like insurance companies etc., is benefiting from having a certain level of crime in the society?
