Hi all, working on painting my fifth ever mini, and as always I'm wondering if my green is green enough or too green, feedback and constructive criticism welcome from anyone.

I got this poor guy free at games workshop when I was around 12, and I never painted him. When I actually started collecting, I got the real deal dark angels, and not this push to fit chap. This assault intercessor has been my lab rat for everything since I first built some minis (tau, a year and a half ago), and he's looking rough. Is it time to put him to bed? Maybe get a new test subject?

I had some tau to begin with when I first saw the hobby because I thought their mechs looked cool (heresy) and I never got round to painting them, but as soon as I got into the lore I'm now deep in dark angels and I have the combat payroll and deathwing knights to get me started. I'm thinking of getting some ravenwing next, maybe a landspeeder. Also need to get the upgrades and transfers so I can get the writing for my precious deathwing knights. Are these alright for my first tries?
