For those of you doing fractional TA/recruiting consulting independently, how long did it take before the business started to feel somewhat consistent? Also, what was your best source of new clients?
I have all my stations set up and have been grinding it out with the standard train cars, but never seem to get anywhere. There really isn't much explanation in the guide either.
