I have a lot of SimCash to spend and curious what you've found the most effective way to spend it for city growth.

For those of you doing fractional TA/recruiting consulting independently, how long did it take before the business started to feel somewhat consistent? Also, what was your best source of new clients?

I have all my stations set up and have been grinding it out with the standard train cars, but never seem to get anywhere. There really isn't much explanation in the guide either.

I'll start, found myself taking an offer call while on 2nd base during a softball game.

For those who need to balance recruiting and biz dev, what have been your best ways to keep the pipeline full?

I've had so many former colleagues in recruiting transition into other disciplines bc of the industry climate. Where have yours gone?

For those of you focused on street design and public spaces, what pulled you in that direction over other project types? What do you love most about it?
