Gostaria de receber a opinião de especialistas sobre um novo empreendimento em construção nos arredores de Lisboa, chamado Alto Tejo. https://www.altodotejo.pt/

O apartamento T2 tem um preço aproximado de 475 mil euros, com uma área bruta privativa de 96 m² e uma varanda de 10 m², além de duas vagas de garagem e dois banheiros. A previsão de conclusão é para 2028.

Este é um empreendimento novo e não há muitas opções na região.

Gostaria de receber conselhos/opiniões sobre:

Como é a localização deste empreendimento?
Alguém conhece a construtora responsável por este empreendimento e seus projetos anteriores? Opiniões sobre a qualidade e o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega?
Seria um bom investimento para vender em 2030/2031, caso fosse comprado na planta? (Entendo que ninguém pode prever o futuro, mas supondo que o mercado se estabilize e os preços não continuem a subir vertiginosamente como têm acontecido)
Esta área se desenvolverá e se tornará um bom bairro para se viver? Como não tenho certeza se esta área estará suficientemente desenvolvida para ser habitada daqui a uns 5 anos, gostaria de saber:
Alguma outra opinião crítica sobre a área/desenvolvimento?

T2 apartment apartment is priced around 475k, gross pvt area 96 sqm and 10 sqm balcony with two parkings and two baths. Building is expected to be completed by 2028.

This is a new development and there is not much around this area.

I would appreciate advice /opinion about

how is the location of this development?
Does anyone know about developer of this construction and thier past projects? view about quality and delivery on time?
would this be good investment to sell by 2030/2031 if bought off plan? (i do understand that no one can predict future but assuming things get steady and price dont coninue to skyrocket like they have been)
Will this area develop and become a good neighborhood to live? As I am unsure if this area would be developed enough to live in 5 yrs or so.
any other critical views about the area/development?

Hi, I picked up my G9 in Portugal yesterday and I’m still getting familiar with it. I’d really appreciate your help with a couple of things.

I’m used to using Google Maps while driving, but I’ve noticed that when I indicate to turn, the camera view takes over the screen and replaces the map on the driver display. This makes it confusing at times—especially at roundabouts—since I lose visibility of the navigation. Is there a way to keep Google Maps visible while the camera is active? The built-in G9 navigation seems to handle this better, but I strongly prefer Google Maps.

I also didn’t receive a very thorough handover from the salesperson, which has made the learning curve a bit steeper. In my previous Kia EV6, the lane centering system worked very smoothly and could be activated easily via a button on the steering wheel. How does the G9’s lane centering control perform, particularly on gentle curves? Does it require adaptive cruise control to be active, or can it function independently while I control the speed?

Apologies if these are basic questions, and thanks in advance for your help.
