So I exported my Data Telemetry from https://www.xpeng.com/data-act/my-data and used Claude to analyse my car's performance. I was amazed to see how efficient this car is. This was generated with Claude Opus 5.5 (Medium), and this Picture in particular has been anonymised so nothing is tailored to me; this is just a real-world experience.

Hi everyone — this is a follow-up to my earlier post about XPengCarData and XPENG's official Data Act export.

First, thank you for the feedback and discussion. A few people were interested in keeping and analysing their own vehicle data, so I decided to turn the idea into a public project:

The main difference is that everything runs locally in your browser. There is no account, database, analytics service, or server upload. You select the ZIP downloaded from XPENG, the browser processes it on your computer, and closing or refreshing the tab clears the session.

At the moment it includes:

• overview, journey, charging, battery, activity, and data-quality views;

• custom date ranges;

• charging energy, estimated grid energy, efficiency, losses, charging time, and power;

• real-world range, estimated usable capacity, relative SOH, and parked energy use;

• export and re-import using a smaller .xpeng history file;

• PDF usage reports for a selected period, including kilometres, consumption, charging, and optional estimated electricity costs — useful for company-car or expense reporting;

• English and Portuguese, light and dark themes.

The calculated battery, range, SOH, charging-loss, and cost figures are estimates based on the data available in XPENG's export. They are clearly labelled and are not official BMS readings or fiscal documents.

For transparency: I used AI extensively to help create the project. I defined the requirements, supervised the implementation, reviewed the decisions and calculations, and tested the result with my own 30-day XPENG export. The complete code is public so anyone can inspect how it works and verify that the vehicle data is not being uploaded anywhere.

It currently works in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Other browsers have not been tested yet. A 30-day export can take several minutes to process depending on the computer, so keep the tab open during the first import.
