Issues in rebuilding Fort Kelvin

I recently decided to settle and rebuild Fort Kelvin. Does anyone know why there are some small areas that say I cannot build here?

Edit: it seems there was old 'furniture' that required dismantling before I could build there

Settling and restoring Fort Kelvin

I love this game, I recently decided to settle and restore Fort Kelvin. Do you have any tips on how to build repair walls/floors etc?

For example, I see half demolished walls, I know what sample material to use, but want it to look flush/same design.

All tips are welcome!

Olson vs Deep Time

I always held Olsen as the greatest short audio of all time. Did Deep Time just usurp it?

Nah, surely not....

Edit: My conclusion from this particular small echo chamber is....Olson 🎉🎉

Inferno 'journey'

Been a BoC fan since MHTRTC, had huge anticipation for this album after their 13 year absence. Been reading a lot of dicussion around this album, really love the fan base, differing interpretations and opinions, I would go as far as saying it has been part of my experience.

I set some time aside to dedicate my attention, after my first playthrough, I was sadly disappointed, maybe highlighted 3 songs that were 'alright'. My second playthrough, I added a couple more songs I liked, and enhanced my enjoyment of the 3 I originally found enjoyable.

Fast forward, I'm on my 30th + playthrough now and it has felt like a journey through a work of art. I am obsessed, constantly finding new moments, deep diving into some of the concepts invoked.

Anyone else had a similar experience, where it has felt like a journey?

Anyone else feeling 'the grind' lately?

I love this game, probably one of my fave games in a very long time, so I don't wish for this to sound like a complaint. But, recently it has feels like something changed, made the game feel more 'grindy,' if you get me

I can only think that the recent changes like:

The trails no longer have x2

The events seem to be on a MUCH longer rotation

Something that seems easy like 'damage ground based Arc' has become chore like

Anyone else notice this?
