**possibly a bug but im mainly asking a question

anyone else having issues with age verification? i go through the process of ID verification, Roblox recognizes my correct age yet wont update my account to reflect that.

on the mobile applications i dont get any error messages. in fact i am able to get to the end of the verification process but there is no Confirm button at the end to update my account. Roblox also doesnt automatically update my account with the correct age.
on browser an error message will flash for a second and then force me to go through the verification process again. the error message doesnt say anything that helps me, just an image of the confused roblox avatar.

just curious if anyone is stuck in this position too i literally cant play anything with no age attached to my account now…

context: i got hacked last month and i was originally age verified. i had been age verified since vc came out but this hacker used my one free age change to make me 9 years old and VERIFIED. it was a long process but Roblox eventually unverified my age and i am now able to change it and reverify.
