ISO this yarn or similar
Can anyone identify this? I'm based in the UK so it's more likely to be something available in the UK/EU.
Recommendations for similar yarns are very welcome and greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I had a GP (doctor’s) appointment a couple of weeks ago that left me upset and frustrated.
It might be obvious to others how to respond but I have doubts, so I figured I would posit it to others who have been in similar positions and/or weigh things appropriately.
I have recurrent anaemia and iron deficiency which means I need to get an iron infusion every year(ish) and as such, I can tell when I have nutrient deficiencies from my physical and mental symptoms. Due to overlapping conditions, I cannot tolerate iron tablets despite having tried multiple times.
In this instance, the test result showed I am severely iron deficient but not yet anaemic. As I have over a decade of medical history proving this is a chronic issue for me, I was (and am) confident I will become anaemic very soon. I was booked an in-person appointment with a new (or locum) doctor so I could request a referral for another iron infusion.
The entire appointment was very uncomfortable. He was abrupt, interrupted and spoke over me more times than I could keep count, was questioning/invalidating my diagnoses, and pushing back on each instance of help or referral I was requesting, and kept looking at my breasts. I was genuinely stunned. So much so, I kept trying to rationalise his behaviour while trying to regulate myself. I kept my upset in long enough until I got home and cried.

Hopefully you can see why I feel this is a difficult situation and are willing to share your thoughts. Constructive or supportive only, please.
Side note- I am not interested in any medical or dietary advice as I have a number co-occurring issues that prevent utilising obvious/well-known solutions.
The weather was a bit dreary but some of the little ones were full of beans.
