Probably a dumb question
I currently have some exterior walls exposed to the studs for a remodel.
Would it be recommended to add any kind of deterrent or pesticide to the studs/ wall cavity before I insulate and drywall?

House was built in 1985, and the roof deck is cut 2 inches short of the roofline along the eaves without drip edge.
The rakes have drip edge, but the eaves do not.
It looks like someone installed a secondary ledger board along the eaves in order to install the gutters
Has anyone ever run across this before? The property is located 300-400 LF from a lake shoreline.
Currently in the process of moving homes.
The new house is 30 minutes away via highways.
All my smaller plants will have no problem fitting in a box truck. My fiddle leaf fig on the other hand I have concerns about. It’s 6 six years old and over 7 feet tall.
Does anyone have any experience or advice on how to safely move her?
