Is my diet okay?
For breakfast, I eat an overnight oatmeal. The ingredients are: 5 tbsp of rolled oats with 2 tbsp of chia seeds and a splash of milk (about 50 mL i think), then sometimes mango if I have it.
For snack, sometimes I eat 1-2 whole wheat bread with dark chocolate spread on it or sometimes apple, if the bread is unavailable.
Before dinner, I drink 1 tbsp of psyllium husk powder.
So far, ever since I’ve been in this diet, I go to the restroom for about 1-2 times a day, but often times it’s twice a day.
Is my diet healthy?
