I want to write a book but i love names which also means I can’t write a book without names… that fit these characters well. I want to write a medival war fantasy book or even maybe series with 2-3 characte povs. A Female protagonist lead mc (who will get most of the chapter povs). A Male Antagonist. And then undecided other POV from what some may describe as an obserervor / possible wizardry characte.

Yes names can change as story goes on but I’m wanting to have fun cheachtwr names as those show so much potential in them or at least in my opinio.

Any suggestions on what you do for names. Also ofc there will be names outside these characters which I also want to have meaning but those can be changed later once i figure out their stories and how they impact their respective character(s) but still differcult.

I also truthfully want to write on a website. (like wattapad,AO3,(any suggestions on which one is “better” for original work?), but worried if I change names part way through it’ll confuse the reader. / also means more writing differcultues Esp if characters also have nicknames.

tldr: writing a medival fantasy novel and I’m having differculties with even names.

To clraify I have not read any of the other books so please do not spoil or hint to anything else later down in the series thank you. I didn't read the authours letter in the begining because I was worried it might spoil stuff. Each bold is a section with a spoiler that you can click on relating to specfic points. (Its a little jumbled so I do apolgise, I read the book a lot in two weeks like got to the last 7 chapters but slowly gnawed my way through the remaining because I don't have another book to read on this trip I am on :(.)

Overall thoughts:

Wow... that was... intense and I can't wait to see what happens more...
I love the concept as a dystopian novel in mars.
I love these names... all of them are so cool and relate to so many differnt things. I LOVE it. They come from so many different ones. Will say there is a lot of chrachters that sometimes its hard to keep up with but my favourites are 1. Mustang 2. Eo 3. Severo 4. Darrow

Pacing of book

Darow / Love

I am glad Mustang/ Virginia is a decent person it seems with bringing her Twin Brother to !<>!Adrius /!<>!Jackel, but I still love how although we didn't experience EO much as a chrachter, we still know enough that darow loves them dearly. Will he move on? Seems like it tbh... I will say... I hope Darow stays loving to EO. I'd rather him be friends w Mustang/Virginia but idk. I feel like that could go wrong very quickly with my later point about son of ares/ severo. !<

>!Also relating to love... Poor Lea omg... also why is Rogue than still alive? Like he was awesome for sure, (I have a feeling that he and jackel will become allies as that seems logical with maybe cassius joining and his family joining? The only reason why rogue would be alive is if author wants to break my heart in him turning from a cool beloved chrachter to a hated chrachter...) but I guess him coming back or darow not realsing he was still alive is intersting. What is the author planning for his comeback... like sure he can be an ally but thats not what i expect!<

Dancer/Harmony/ Mickey/ Mateo/ Evey/ Modification Process:

Son of Ares
>!unclear who they are but Darow I guess is trusting of them. Also the last bit in that where Severo says that the strom was bad cut the audio or whatevr and darow mentions his last few words was Bloody damn and then was like... What does sevro know or not. My theory Severo & his father Fletchner, are connected if not one of the main leaders in son of ares. It explains why severo never wants to leave darrows side and why fletcher tried to protect darow a lot. Also Titus you poor raging...red!<>!&#x200B;!<

The game:

>!holy that was a lot... futuristic but also medivial kinda battle royale teams but it was nice.. and different than the hunger games which i adore too. Also im so sad for Julian but I knew right as Julian met Darrow... it was going to happen... just knew it...!<

Darrow Part 2 About him:
>!I love the compexity of his chrachter, he isn't ofc perfect in any sense even if he was molded to be perfect. He thinks critically, sometimes acts rash but i really like him as a narrator. I will say he has a lot to learn defiently still but flawed main chrachters make the best chrachters!<

Also... I want to look at fan art of al; the chrachters but i worry for spoilers

Anyway I need to reread this book because there was defiently things i probally need to refresh on houses / main gold conflicts. because theres the houses in the game and thenn theres houses outside of the game...
