Digestible amounts

Any stores out there that can follow the digestible amounts and blitzing correctly? What’s your pallet cap? How many people do you have scheduled back there and are they schedule for five hour shifts or seven hour shifts?

I’m trying to figure out if it’s more beneficial to have more people for a five hour shift or less people for seven.

Our pallet cap is only 10 with 6 day trucks , but we can never seem to stay door to floor. We get backed up on hanging very quickly.

I’m struggling trying to find a way to schedule the back room correctly and everybody that I ask at the regional office tells me something different I’m just looking for real actionable advice 🤣

Payroll

Any other OPS ASM struggling with the abysmal payroll this year. It’s always been bad but I’ve never had a year this bad. For the entire month of September, we only have $12,000 a week last year we had over $18,000.
Our district objective is to not have anybody scheduled on the sales floor only in the back room and front end.

But constantly make sure that you are door to floor. You are obtaining your credit goals, and you have a well recovered store throughout the day. HOW?!

Also, how can I start hiring for 4th quarter yet barely staff the floor?!

How can we change this?! I used to really enjoy my job but now I am struggling just to survive.
