Doordash AI trying to convince me they did not charge me to deliver the wrong item
They technically delivered an item, it was just the wrong one

I ordered a bag of cat food on Doordash, because I am sick and my cats are out of food. I received a bag of dog food that I can't give them, that I paid $52 for. At first they gave me a return code and asked me to return the bag of dog food to Petco for a refund. Finally Doordash is crediting me $35.
Instead of admitting they won't refund my delivery fee or modify my tip, the AI is trying to gaslight me that they didn't charge me $17 for nothing, because they refunded the item price. It even said "I understand why it feels that way."
Life isn't real 😭
