Using the 'Brand' Attribute for Other Labels?

Hi all, I have a question about the culture and practical use of Vinted that isn't covered by official info. Since the brand name is the main "name" for items on the Vinted landing and browsing pages, I see a lot of sellers use the brand attribute to give other information about the item. For example, "BRASS" is a common one, or "Wooden" or even "MUG" (or whatever the object is). Is this couth/okay/acceptable? Or is it considered bad form?

I went out of my way to get that gosh-darned Real ID verification on my driver's license and I'm still getting the same error message. Has anyone been able to fix this and/or get a hold of a genuine customer service agent? PLEASE only respond if you have relevant experience, thanks!
