M29, I am getting these marks on my hands and legs and on the sides of abdomen. Idk what this is. Its a little itchy on my legs. I play football almost regularly. 177 cm, 79kgs. Asian, Living in South Italy. There were some light marks before, but this summer increased and the marks are more to be seen. I was thinking it is an allergy caused by perfumes I use, but I stopped using them, is it the soap I use which has it? I don't use much soap. The arms and sides of abdomen aren't itchy, only legs are. Idk what to do. Is it serious? What can I do to make it go away! I am a student here and the doctors are expensive here in Italy. Can I make it go away by any chance at home? If it's not serious, My last option is to visit a dermatologist. Please help

Since last 3 years I am getting this redness red spots sometimes it comes sometimes it goes. I stopped using perfumes and it had stopped, but I haven't used a perfume since a month this is happening again. I don't think it's a perfume. Can someone help and tell me if it's something serious or concerning? It's itchy only on the legs and gets dry
