In short whenever I played GTAV-EE on my main monitor and watched a movie on my 2nd the Windows volume-slider would glitch the f out and not move when pulled and only teleport to the wanted volume later.
The glitch could only be fixed by restarting the PC.

Orange light blinks 3x

Battery stays on 0% and doesn't go up but does boot into windows

Charged for 2 hours but still 0%
