Been dealing with an upper back injury since more than a year and went to a physio, but the treatments I received were electric stimulation, cupping, needling etc. which do not seem to help me.
As recommended by multiple doctors, i need rehab exercises. I feel the same when i track my progress and pain levels after movement.
Checked with my current physio but she didn’t recommend any exercises.
If you have recommendations about a good physio who would be open to suggesting rehab exercises please let me know.

Hi,
I have recently moved to Datia and have been facing issues about fruits, vegetables and grocery quality.
Example- no standard brand bread is available at stores. Fruits are always looking stale or old.

Can anyone help me figure out a way to get stuff from Gwalior on like a weekly basis?
I cannot personally travel to and fro due to work commitments. But if anyone else is doing it, or there’s some way please help out.
