Hello Reddit.
Recently got the Outin Mino and trying to dial in my espresso.

I am having trouble getting the time for my brew correctly before the pump shuts off with a red light.

Currently trying 11g coffee grind for 22g out in about 25 seconds.
I was able to go 22g in 16 seconds but if I grind any finer the pumps safety shutoff triggers with a red light.

Is there anything I can do to help the situation or is the reality just that this is the limit for the unit?
My consideration is that maybe a short preinfusion could help but I have yet to try that.

Any tips or comments are welcome.

Does anyone have any experience they can share about modifying the basket plus to be bottomless?

It looks like you should just be able to cut off the bottom part of the filter and be good to go.

So I am about 6 sessions in and I could use a little help.
My current gear is

4.5 and 5.5 wing
1850 foil with 80cm mast
Gong HIPE first 135L
Rigid 120L

I am 82kg

I stated on my rigid board and was progressing alright, able to get up on the board and also to get on the foil and then almost immediately fall over.
The last two sessions I switched to the inflatable board and I feel like I have no left/right balance on it. I can barely balance it before getting on the foil and on the foil I fall over immediately.

So first question. Should I go back to the rigid one or just stick with it and learn the balance?

Second question. The inflatable board just absolutely loves to go upside down when I fall over with the foil up in the air or pointing sideways. Is this normal?

Third question. I am able to track slightly upwind while on the board, but I feel like I am spending more time trying to get upwind than trying to foil. Should I just accept that I am going to have to be walking upwind and the focus on getting on foil or should I get the foundations of taxi upwind down first?

I am planning a trip where we have the option of going to Flores in beginning of December.
I read online that weather conditions can be a bit of a hit and a miss.
I really wanna go see the Komodo dragons, but is this a bad time to go? Do I need to book the tour ahead of time or can I do it once I get there and can see the weather forecast?

Does anyone have any other recommendations I am all ears.
We will be 2 adults and 2 kids aged 5 and 4 traveling.
