I'm not normally one to make a fuss about minor inconveniences, but jeez, the past few nights have been brutal with all this really loud green line platform construction going on throughout all hours of the night.

I'm really dragging this week from lack of sleep.

It's honestly insane that they are allowed to do all this really loud stuff in the middle of the night.

And of course now that it's daylight hours, it's relatively quiet.

If there is one place where we should be building higher density development, it is right near T-stops. Near Williston and Dean and Corey Road along the C-branch specifically comes to mind. Same with along Clark and Clinton Roads behind Beaconsfield/Reservoir on the D-branch.

it is utter insanity. These should all be built up to at least the same kind of density that currently exists along Beacon Street.

Edit: Since some people don't seem to understand how upzoning works, no, upzoning does not mean a bulldozer is coming by and forcibly evicting people from their homes.

Edit: 2: Removing density restrictions and allowing the free market to decide what gets built is literally the opposite of socialism/communism

I was just driving, and driving in the opposite direction was someone in the same gen Mazda 3 hatchback. I suddenly felt this compulsion to bond and vibe in camaraderie with this fellow mazda 3 hatchback owner. Do we have anything like the "Jeep Wave"?

Is there any point in sustaining revs real high for a few minutes to burn off gunk and build up in the engine?

Or is this more for older cars? Is there any benefit to doing this on a modern Mazda 3?
