I recently upgraded from a 3070 up to a 5070. I have tried running one stick of ram, reseating the gpu and cmos, reinstalled windows. Once it gets past the bios screen it freezes right here. Sometimes it wont even Post. Im wondering if this GPU is DOA. If anyone has any ideas as to what I can try I would greatly appreciate it.
