I can't tell which pastel set this is.

If I want to expand my marker collection, should I get the other pastel set I don't have? Or buy another type of marker set? I currently also have the skin tones set, and a 48 set with pretty dark bold colors, doesn't say the set name on it

In my text style drop down, I have 6 headings + title and subtitle. How do I get rid of some of the headings, I do not need 6.

I've tried only using 4 headings in my document, but the 5th and 6th still remain in the drop down, I do not want it there because the amount will confuse other users that aren't computer literate . Please help.
