First-time buyer — Missing motor from DD+ bundle, escalation with zero response since May 12 (Ticket #2008973508)

Hi everyone,

This was my first time purchasing from Fanatec. I’ve always looked up to the brand as the gold standard in sim racing gear, and I finally decided to pull the trigger on the ClubSport DD+ Ready2Race GT3 Bundle (15 Nm) so I could have a proper high-quality setup for Forza Horizon 6 early access.

I’ve received the wheel, pedals, seat, slider, and frame across multiple shipments, but the motor is missing. One tracking number only shows a label created and was never picked up by UPS.

I was escalated on May 12, but despite multiple follow-ups I’ve received zero communication from the Escalations team.

I’ve also posted on the official Fanatec forum and on X. At this point I’m just hoping to get some visibility and help getting the missing motor resolved so I can actually use the rig.

Has anyone had success getting movement on similar issues?

Hey everyone,

This was my first time buying from Fanatec. I’ve always respected them as the gold standard in sim racing hardware, so I finally decided to invest in the ClubSport DD+ Ready2Race GT3 Bundle (15 Nm).

I received most of the parts, but the motor is missing. One of the tracking numbers was created but never picked up by UPS. I was escalated on May 12, and even after following up several times, I’ve had no response from the Escalations team.

I’ve already posted on the official Fanatec forum and tagged them on X. I’m mainly looking for advice on what actually works to get them to respond, or any visibility that might help move this forward.

Has anyone else run into slow or nonexistent escalation responses lately?

Appreciate any insight.
