First-time buyer — Missing motor from DD+ bundle, escalation with zero response since May 12 (Ticket #2008973508)
Hi everyone,
This was my first time purchasing from Fanatec. I’ve always looked up to the brand as the gold standard in sim racing gear, and I finally decided to pull the trigger on the ClubSport DD+ Ready2Race GT3 Bundle (15 Nm) so I could have a proper high-quality setup for Forza Horizon 6 early access.
I’ve received the wheel, pedals, seat, slider, and frame across multiple shipments, but the motor is missing. One tracking number only shows a label created and was never picked up by UPS.
I was escalated on May 12, but despite multiple follow-ups I’ve received zero communication from the Escalations team.

I’ve also posted on the official Fanatec forum and on X. At this point I’m just hoping to get some visibility and help getting the missing motor resolved so I can actually use the rig.
Has anyone had success getting movement on similar issues?
