What I ordered vs what I received

I know it’s not store side, you guys are awesome. But the “customer service” department at GameStop is a joke. Apparently not having the games and getting this crossbody bag isn’t proof enough for them to reorder my items. Such a joke.

Question, since the stores are closed, about pre-owned console purchase

Fellow retail worker here, thanks for all yall do. Just a quick question. I purchased a ps3 today from a GameStop and the description online says that it comes with a usb cable. Lo and behold, there is no usb cable in the box. It wouldn’t be a big issue for me if I hadn’t just traded in my OLED switch and got charged for a missing HDMI cable and joy-con holder. Is this something that the stores can make right? Or am I just SOL?
