Return Customer Service

So disappointed in the customer service received through this return—

We sent back a 16 quart stock pot in Cerise— our household’s first LeCreuset purchase— for a one time courtesy replacement.

Unfortunately I had not thought to take photos of the item with a ruler for scale— I sent my husband into UPS to ship it off, and I asked him to take multiple photos of it being weighed and packed, of course he took only one photo of the item with the return code taped to the top of it— we also did not keep the original box (lesson learned).

We received a 8 quart stock pot as our replacement item! When I emailed LeCreuset support on the ticket to tell them that they sent us a stockpot half the size of the one we sent back to them— the customer service (AI?) emailed back saying that we sent them a 10 quart stock pot, which has been discontinued, so they could send us a 12 quart stock pot to remediate. HELLOO????? We had a GIGANTIC stock pot!!! It is the biggest one they offer! We aren’t idiots, we absolutely had a 16 quart stock pot, not a 10 quart!!

Anyways I sent this email in response, with all the described photos and screenshots attached— so I’m hoping that clears things up— otherwise I’ll have to call them. Also annoyed because we paid $60 in shipping to make sure we got the original item to the return facility in time!

I’d like some input on swim coaches for my 12 month old.

I’m not interested in Aquatots, because my 18 year old sister was hired by them last year and I’m concerned by the training (or really lack of) that she had with them. (2 weeks of part time training without any experience before being given a schedule to lead swimming classes with 1-3 year olds is nuts).

I’m looking for an individual or organization with experience— potentially individuals who do private lessons.

Any parents who could weigh in (again please don’t try to sell me on Aquatots) would be greatly appreciated.
