Is this Covid-related?
Whenever I get a cold I temporarily lose my sense of taste + smell. It always comes back within the day but I’ll definitely lose it again at some other point in the day, but I flip flop between being able to/not being able to taste for the duration of my sickness. I’ve never experienced this before Covid, and it only started happening after I got Covid (I was completely asymptomatic if that helps at all).
I’ve tested negative multiple times!!! Idk if this helps: it usually happens when I’m lying down but after I’ve been upright for a bit, my taste and smell come back gradually. Also I’ve only noticed it when I’m really sick (not when I have those minor colds that last 1/2 days)
