Hi all,

We recently installed a water softener that we were given by my sister-in-law. It is a Fleck 5600SXT that is about six years old. We had a plumber install and setup the system. Since the install our water is softer but never gets lower than about 3.5 GPG. My incoming water is about 16 GPG. I have checked to make sure there is no salt bridge. I have manually regened several times. I've also even replaced the resin with ResinTech CG10. I am running out of ideas to try other than completely replacing the system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How To

To get trade feedback, use the following process:

4. User B replies to User A's comment with their feedback. Any text will work (we recommend "Confirmed!"), but positive feedback is expected. Any negative feedback will be handled directly by the mod team (through modmail) on a case-by-case basis.
5. Moderators pick up the interaction and gives credit to both users, changing their flair accordingly and leaving a comment indicating such.

Notes

• Deleted posts are not eligible to receive feedback. It is best not to delete "Sold" posts.
• Transactions without a related post are not eligible for feedback.
• Transaction flair abuse or malicious use of the flair system will result in a permanent ban.
