I fucked up a call at work with the top management. I prepared for it very thoroughly but I couldn’t present it well. It went really bad. I am so anxious, it was really important for me. Can I revise it ?

I am in a bad state of mind and i precisely have no friends and i want to vent out but to whom idk. How people with no friends deal with this shitty life ? To whom you guys share your life traumas ?
