How do people actually get out of bed on time without feeling miserable every morning?

I’ve tried alarms across the room, sleep apps, no phone before bed, sleeping earlier, all of it. Somehow I still wake up feeling like I got hit by a truck. What genuinely helped you become a functional morning person in 2026?

Second time happened.. got the "delivered" notifcation and went out thinking it'd be right at the door. Nothing. Not even close. I checked the photo and it was clearly a different building. Same layout but no mine. So, I walked around outside like for 10 mins trying to match doors and plants like some kinda of detective. I finally fount it 2 building just sitting there. At this point, I'm starting to think my place is cursed for deliveries.

Every game pulls me in and suddenly my "quick break" turns into watching the whole thing. I keep telling myself I'll study after, but then it's late and I've lost the momentum. It's hard to ignore when the games are actually good and intense. I know I should be more discipline but it's been rough lately. How do you stay focused when something this distracting is going on? welp!

I swear my skin can look completely fin in one lighting then suddenly look textured or uneven in another. Natural light, bathroom light, phone camera.. everything shows something different. It honestly messes with my perception so much because I never know what's actually "real". Some days I feel like my skin is doing great but then I see a different lighting and doubt everything again. Does anyone else deals with this or if it's just me overanalyzing it?
