It never ever turns off, even overnight. So it lasts one day before the battery runs out. It's crazy. I'm on a mac if that helps. Is there some shortcut to turn it off?

What's the end game here? It's terrible at the moment. Lanes moving almost daily, the left turn now around a blind corner with a separate set of lights, and just today I notice they seem to be putting yet another set of lights probably only a few hundred feet before the main lights. What are those for? Is this entire intersection an expensive troll?
