Paying for every tom dick and harry app is so normalised on Mac
Like here's my app, you can use it to change the volume. That'd be $99 per month.
And Mac users legit pay for it.
I am not talking about developers who have genuinely made a good app and don't mind paying for it if it's priced well but it's kinda infuriating.
[OS] MacLockSmith: Get rid of "the item is in use" when trying to delete a file or app
I built an extremely lightweight, free and open source app to get rid of those annoying Itenm is in use popups while deleting files or apps.
It is less than 1 Mb in size and does not run in the background.
It just adds an option to "Unlock File" in the finder right click menu.
Just locate the file >> Right click >> Unlock file >> Kill the process from the app window that opens >> And you can now delete the file/app

Is this good enough for a beginner? I have horrible skin.
What can I add/remove?
My skin is quite messed up, I have combination skin and have acne marks (Because of chicken pox thankfully they aren't dark). I have dark circles because of night shift. My skin tone is quite uneven as well.
At this point Supercharge will replace all the utility apps I use lol
And I don't mind lol
Is there a window manager with snap assist and Consecutive keybaord shortcuts
Snap Assist: After snapping, Snap Assist suggests windows for the remaining space — click one to fill it
As of now after i have snapped a window to left or right for example I have to manually find it, so snap assist will be very useful for that.
Consecutive keybaord shortcuts snapping, For example:
Option + left arrow then up arrow to snap to top left

I have tried most of the popular apps, Rectangle, Magnet, Tangrid etc. Tangrid was able to do it to some extent but its very buggy for now and a bit complicated to setup.
Need help switching from notion to obsidian
I've been a lifelong Notion (Free tier) user and am looking to switch to Obsidian.
Here are my goals.
Quick capture notes (I currently use Google keep for this).
Organize them in databases/pages with labels (Don't wanna use folders) as I feel labels just work better.
Live sync, as I'll be primarily using it on my android and Mac Mini
To be honest I wanna make it as similar to notion as possible. I love notion but it's been getting increasingly more bloated and I hate the whole AI integration thing.
I looked at a few tutorials but it all seemed tailored to their own needs.
Can y'all help please???
