Paint for kitchen cabinets
I'm in LA so SCAQMD regional paint rule Rule 1113 applies.
I had my kitchen cabinets painted about 3 years ago. The paint the contractor used is now rubbery and peeling. Its especially bad in the spots where there is daily use. They look like hell. Meanwhile, cabinets in another part of the house are still very well-maintaining their original paint.
Is there something I can do so I don't need to strip and paint my cabinet doors every 3 years? The cabinet doors are all custom sized
Specifically I'm getting vague references to wrapping, or should they be sent out to a paint contractor with a paint booth?
I really don't know what my options are. Thanks!
