Foundress

I've been observing this bee and documenting her on i-Naturalist. She's a common Eastern bumblebee as far as I can tell, who overwintered here in Southern Ontario and is now feeding on whatever nectar she can find including this non-native English ground Ivy. I have a garden nearby that will be buzzing with her descendants come summer.

Mobility aid tips

I just found out that there's a local organization called the London Valley Consistory Club that loans out mobility aids for free.

For anyone looking to buy lightly used mobility aids, there are a lot listed on Kijiji for really good prices.

It's important to share because when you're injured suddenly, you may not think to look for these types of resources, although you may desperately need them.
