My baby treats every sleep before 11PM as a nap.

Bedtime routine has become a 3-hour chore because my LO (14 weeks) will absolutely refuse to stay asleep straight from 8-8:30PM. I try to respect wake windows in the morning and I cap every nap at 1 hour. He has 5 naps a day until I TRY to put him to bed around 8ishPM. Every night, he wakes up after 30’ ready to party and then again I try to put him back to bed. This goes on until 10-11PM when he finally sleeps for the night. I’m honestly drained and need my evenings back!

Help! 3 month old still waking up after an evening nap.

My baby just turned 3 months old and I’ve been trying forever to make him sleep straight from 9PM till morning. He ‘wakes up’ mid night to breastfeed but goes back to bed immediately after feeds. My main problem is that he wakes up at 21:00 treating it like a nap and does not go back to bed until 22:30-23:00. How can I cut this nap and make him sleep straight from 9PM onwards? His ww are normally 1:30-2 hours long. TIA
