Bought slabs, they came in scratch, dented and cracked. Seller not responding.
I sent the seller a massage, its been one day so im not judging them or thinking they are being shady, but I do know I have 7 days to get it fixed. All the slabs came in dented, cracked and deeply scratched. Which was not mentioned on the stream or description. I want to send them all back for a refund. I never reported or refunded anything before on whatnot. Used it for a couple months and this is my first issue.
That why this next part seems weird, I went to "get help" section and reported as "damaged in transit" because I dont think the seller maliciously did this and dont want them flagged. But the system says I am unable to request a refund because of my account history. But I never done this before and it isn't my first order. I've order 6 or 7 other times and been using it for months.
I dont want to keep the slabs. I just want to send it back and get a refund. How do I go about this because I have a feeling the seller is not going to respond to me.
