[Product Request] Alternative for Numbuzin No. 9 NAD+ PDRN Toner
I really love the barrier repair effect of this toner and have seen visible results over the 3 weeks that I've used it. Unfortunately, I probably won't be able to repurchase it due to the price tag and was wondering if there were cheaper alternatives that people here have tried? (I'm located in the Philippines for reference)
