28 wks and SPD is making fitness impossible

24y/o FTM, 28 weeks and have considered myself an active person. I grew up a gymnast and now coach gymnastics for work. The past 2/3 weeks I’ve developed pretty severe SPD (pubic/groin pain) that makes any sort of mobility super painful and I don’t know how to keep myself active anymore. Any sort of walking/lifting my legs is very painful and I already can’t do most core exercises so I am pretty much limited to upper body. Work is becoming extremely difficult because I can no longer spot/demonstrate skills or move big equipment and even walking around the gym is very hard since all the floors are spring/mats. I’m just wondering if anyone has any exercise recommendations that can get my heart rate up and without exerting my legs/groin or anything that might relieve SPD pain. It seems like my daily stretches just make it worse and the only thing that helps is epsom salt baths.

Expecting our first baby in a few months and trying to find a pediatrician. We will be living in magnolia and my OB is at the woodlands Methodist but I can’t continue to make that drive for pediatrics so I’m looking for something in either Tomball or creekside

Crab legs in Galveston?

Looking for a place with good boiled seafood for my birthday. Not interested in someplace upscale like Gaido’s or semi nice like fisherman’s wharf/willie g’s. Just looking for a chill place to sit down and eat some crab legs with my hands. Also not interested in millers or the spot
