Water pooling on window sill. How can I fix it?

Hi everyone! My bedroom window sill doesn't channel water away from the building, meaning it is keeping water on and is leaking water in at one corner. Is there a way to readjust it?

Or would sealing it with silicone do the job? I was thinking of doing this, but then the problem still wouldn't be fixed as the water would still be on, but maybe not getting inside.
