Ebike recommendation for SHORT 4'11" rider

I tried searching for past post but might have missed one, please link one if there is a pre existing post.

Looking for recommendations for a class 2 e bike that will fit well for a 4'11" female.

I currently have a flyer L885 long tail but I'd like to get a normal style bike.

I originally purchased the long tail to get my 8 and 1 year old around town. Unfortunately the 8 year old refused to get on the bike.

Now 10 year old can confidently ride his own bike, but I don't like how top heavy it feels and would prefer towing 3 year old in a bike trailer. The long tail + trailer get a little ridiculous length wise.

Things that matter

•Comfortable for my short self

•Class 2

•Step through preferred

•Can pull a trailer (currently I have a Burley Minnow https://a.co/d/0cBf9dSy) but can change to a different one if needed

•Ideally I'd like to stay under $2000.

Thanks!
